Baked Mustard Salmon

1/4 cup melted butter
3Tbsp Dijon mustard
1.5 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely minced pecans
4 tsp minced Italian parsley
4 salmon fillet pieces
salt and pepper
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Put them together. Salt and pepper salmon and put on a greased cookie sheet. Put mixture on top. Bake @ 450 for 10-15 mins. Serve with lemon wedges.
If you want to make this healthier you could use a light butter. I like the topping to be a little brown and crispy.
I usually buy one package of salmon at Costco and double the topping.
